How size can this caftan dress run, and what length for sure?

This swim cover up is One size fits all (S to 2xl) , can wear 220 lbs. We have customer that 5' 4 "is just enough to cover the feet but not mop the floor, and 5'9" can be ankles length.

What is the material of this dress? Are so many styles made of the same material?

Our kaftan dress are basically viscose material, which feels a little like cotton, flatterfing, breathable, and the overall dress is relatively light. Among them, C, D and N5 are polyester material, which is more lighjtweight.
