How to Measure your Chest Size:

1. Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around your back & to the front fullest part of your chest.
2. Stand relaxed & do not puff up your chest-the tape measure should be snug around your chest.
3. Your total chest circumference will read what your chest size is, in inches.
